RALPH - Speculatory Ether Crib (Newest release)
This is one of the best releases to come out of Cincinnati this year. The reclusive solo artist who goes by the moniker "Ralph" continues what they were doing before. Which is best described as ROBERT JOHNSON-by-way-of-DANIEL JOHNSTON. These are some recordings that were laying around, but the production is better, which adds to the sound. It's rare that a project known for sounding lo-fi would improve when it does that, but they pulled it off! I quite strongly recommend getting this. By the way, it's "Name Your Price", so if you're low on cash, you can still get it. Or at least stream it a bunch.
