HAVE YOU EVER WANTED TO BE RUN OVER BY A TRUCK????

This new live album from Phil Blankenship's harsh noise project, THE CHERRY POINT, would accomplish that for you.  THE RITA guests on the third track, which is just devastating.  Listen to the whole thing, either with good headphones or good speakers.  They're three live sets; two from L.A. and one from Seattle.  The first two are THE CHERRY POINT solo and the last one is with THE RITA.  I got my copy of the CD from Torn Light Records.  It came out in September and sadly, the physical copy is sold out on Helicopter's bandcamp.  You can get digital there, though.  This might end up in my top five albums of the year,  If you're a noise fan, I would strongly urge that you get this.
